Overrun with Mafia, Camorra and N'Drangheta, Naples is similar to Marseille in France: a makor provinicial city, 2nd or 3rd biggest in each country, overrun with North African illegal immigrants and riddled with crime. The Museo Nazionale though in Naples is good

Not so much about the shops, but the gallery itself is very pleasant as a pass through from Via Roma in direction of San Carlo theatre and Piazza Plebiscito.

Beautiful indoor shopping. Small cafe's but the scenery inside is absolutely exquisite. Just watch out or the "gypsy children!"

It's a gem of Italian Renaissance and sun light dances gorgeously through the glass roof. Of course the shopping is awesome
