The Rialto Bridge crossing the Grand Canal is a masterpiece of architecture and a must-see attraction of Venice. Although it may be quite difficult to get good pictures of it because it is often so overcrowded, it just can´t be missed. Spanning from one side to the other, there´s lots of small shops, which sell typical Venetian handicraft, jewelry, and much more.

Ok it's my first review ever;) so don't expect too much:) the bridge is great, as you can see in the pictures... but what you can't see is the atmosphere - unique! loads of people of course, all those souvenir stalls, but also the view!... the old, old buildings around you that have been there for ages.... :)

The Ponte Vecchio is a really famous bridge right in the centre of Venice. It goes above the Canale Grande, the biggest of the waterways through the city. It's old venezian style is really fascinating and while passing the bridge, you can watch the Gondoliere or just the thousands of people passing.

The oldest bridge that crosses the Grand Canal and is a spectacle of beautiful architecture. Wonderful archways all the way accross and great place to take a picture :)
