Nov 1, 2009 It was good to know how the wasabi grows. The green leaves are just sitting in the water. Known as "Japanese horseradish", its root is used as a spice and has an extremely strong flavour. It's free to taste it in the shop of the farm....AAA I thought my eyes jumped 2 meters! But it's only 4 seconds, and after everybody days: I want it again! You have to try it!
