A very Japanese experience. This shopping mall caters to super trendy teens and twens and you are very likely to see fashion you have never seen before, both on the racks and on customers. You should be skinny though if you want to shop for yourself, most clothes are available in one size only which is labelled "M" but is rather and S or XS. Shoes are also just available in S (forget about it if you are older than 12), M or L, L being about a European 38 (7). But there are still enough accessories to choose from which are nice as well. Fukuoka is great for shopping generally, it was rated on of the best shopping cities in Japan. Just go venture into the streets around Tenjin station and underground to the huge station underground mall.

I found Fukuoka very quiet compared to other Japanese cities. There was not that much to be seen and would therefore recommend going to Hiroshima, Osaka or even Tokyo.

Not very large, but a nice bit of southern Japanese culture, plus plenty of arcades...
