These are very nice maelstroms formed naturally. the access is not so easy if you dont speak japanese as you have to go to the really little city of naruto and get a bus to the port. a boat will bring you to these small maelstroms. Important to know: the best time is may at 12H o'clock. later in the afternoon the maelstroms are getting smaller.
