The Military Armistice Commission Conference Hall is located in the Korean DMZ, and spans the border between North Korea and South Korea.  The building is used for diplomatic  meetings between the two countries, and there are two identical setups of desks  inside - one on each side of the border that splits the room.

You can visit the Military Armistice Commission Conference Hall during a tour of the DMZ from either Korea.  However, tours from only one country are allowed in at any given moment.  During the North Korean tours, guards are posted within the building during the tour to prevent “defections” from people exiting out the South Korean door.
