That Chomsi is the Golden Stuppa on top of the hill Phu Si in 100m. It was erected in 1804 and you can see it from almost everywhere in Luang Prabang.

This stuppa is so shiny in the sun. It is nice to do a few photos of it with the beautiful view over Luang Prabang on a sunny day. Relax on top of the hill and enjoy it - might be one of the best spots in town.

The views are worth the hike up the hill. But the Stuppa? Seen one, seen the all I say...

Worth the entrance fee and the high stairs for the great view over the city
