Phou Fa, also known as the Sky Mountain, is located in the Phongsali Province. Situated at an elevation of 1626metres, the mountain offers panormaric scenic views from the top. Surrounding the mountain are green forests featuring a number of different types of flowers and wild animals, from barking deer, bears, tigers, and more. The peak of the mountain can be accessed by a path with 431 stairs.
