Just head to any of the numerous piers in the bay and you should be able to get the boat out to the island around 10 o'clock. Costs 100 - 150 pesos

If you find yourself in Acapulco and are as dissapointed as I was, save some face and visit the island, it's the cleanest beach in Acapulco.
