Best water in the world! Incredible! A great bohemian adventure to do if you want to get off the american tourist beaten path, is rent a palapa on the beach in Tulum, it'll run you about $25/ day. There are only candles in the palapa for lighting and the sheets for the bed are sandy, but there is nothing like watching the sun rise from there. Lots of really cool travelers to meet too.

Beautiful spot!!! We stayed on the Mayan Riviera and just loved it! Great resorts here. We stayed at the Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach Resort and could not have asked for anything better. The food and drinks were top notch, the staff were so friendly and the room were huge! We stayed for 7 days and wished our trip could have been longer.

well...........I've lived here for the past 7 years, it's so called the paradise of the mexican caribbean, a very new city (only 40 yrs old), with a hotel zone full of luxury hotels, restaurants, bars, discos, the increcible beaches, the warm turquoise sea and the best weather of all !!!!!!!!!

I love the place, nice, and help people. I was at Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda Hotes and resort great restuarants, food,bars, and very nice weather... :-)
