There's a big hotel in the eastern part of the island where you can have a nice walk near the coast and take beautiful photos. There, you can find some sort of art exhibition with conceptual sculptures (!). Nothing to pay, it's to see during your walk. It's also the island you go to to swim with the dolphins from Cancun.
