Kotor itself is the part of UNESCO world heritage. Kotor Fortress is its peculiar place. However it is about 1000 steep stairs up to the top - very hard to ascend. Likely there are snakes around. Please watch out.

After the climb, the offered view from the old Venetian fortress, with it's mighty (nightly enlightened) walls is spectacular.
