If you take the mountain road from Kotor to Cetinje, you will pass through Njegusi; the road alone is worth the trip for the stunning views of the four aquamarine inland bays around Kotor. In Njegusi, a mountain village, you can stop for a snack of very locally produced pr ลก ut sir (ham cheese)... and of course wine.
