Touts galore, but you really don't need to shop anywhere else for memento's, everything I had seen traveling through the country I could pick up there.

You have to go there at least few times. different time of the day. Morning, afternoon and late evening. it is compleatly different place

Agressive pan handlers, just ignore them.After you have been there a few days they leave you alone. Be friendly bargain hard!
