i have been in Anapurna Sanctuary that is 7 days trecking between tha valleys. it ended in the annapurna base capm at 4300 meter that located at middle of 5 peaks ; Annarupna South, annapurna !, Huin chuli, Manchapunchare. it was good experience but the trail is a little bit dangerous in winter season because of ice. but i went in summer and it was so easy to go last point in trail. also, if u know ise climbing, u can continue from 4300 meter annapurna base camp to surrounding the peaks. but its hard.
also there are clacier near the base camp that has eawesome view.
