Considered one of the coolest trekking destinations in the Himalayas, Gokyo Ri a mountain with an elevation of 5483 metres (17500 feet), from the summit of which is an amazing top of the world view of the four highest mountains on earth, including views of Mount Everest.  Along the way are numerous alpine lakes and waterfalls.  The trek is considered moderate to demanding.
