I loved the walk (through jungle and farmland) to Sarangkot - I stayed there overnight, which made viewing sunrise much easier. In the spring all the peach blossoms were in flower and that was simply stunning with the Himalayan backdrop.

It is worth the walk up to the lookout at Sarangkot to watch the sunrise over the Annapurna's... but make sure you allow plenty of time (at least an hour) cause it isn't an easy walk!

sarangkot is a perfect place to take in the view of the annapurna range of mountains.
