Jan 7, 2009 Going to this museum was a very powerful experience for me. The displays are full of fascinating information and personal stories that deepened my understanding about the Resistance Movement in the Netherlands during World War II and what people suffered under the Nazi regime. This is such an important part of history that needs to be remembered. I was at the museum for over 2 hours and didn't get through even half of the display. If you were moved seeing Anne Frank's House, visiting the Verzets Museum and the near by Hollandsche Schouwburg building on Plantage Middelaan 24 (where Jews were rounded up and kept before being deported), is an absolute must!
