Beautiful church in the middle of the oldest quarter in Deventer. This church is no longer used for masses, the town of Deventer bought it and now it is used to hold parties, exhibitions and performances. Somebody told me that the two canonballs that you can see lodged in the tower are actually built in so future conquerors would know there was no point in attacting this church because it could widstand the most vicious attacks.
