The festival at the end of the summer is great. All the really modern art galeries are wide open and doing something extra. There is contempary art on the street, including music , fashion and theatre. Beware of some hipster arrogance, but the mood is great, and check out the outfits of the onlookers. INSANE

A more cultural place in Rotterdam. Good restaurants, odd and original shops and many artistic places. Also this is the place te be for students. A couple of the best visited bars are located in this area.

A nice relaxing area close to the city centre and a some musea. There is some nightlife and some places where you can eat in the middle of the night. Many things from here are at a walking distance.

alot of bars!!! really nice to go there witte aap & zwart schaap are really nice but there is much more. if you like student bars this is the street to be!!!
