A great place to have a picnic on a hot summers day with family and friends. This place is the place to go during "Christmas in the Park" shows in December and "Starlight Symphony" in February. In addition, its right next to the Auckland War Memorial Museum so I say, go for it.

that's an amazing park - it feels like being in the countryside. their is no city noise and I don't know why but the number of tourists is very small so it's an ideal place for relaxing.

It's a huge park that for you to walk and sightseeing. You can also do lots of activities there: sports, picnic, walking your dog, and visiting the Auckland Museum as well.
