Quite simply, an area that can't be missed for visitors to Auckland. It has the most beautiful beaches and furthermore, one gets an awesome view of Rangitoto Island. One really good place to try out would have to be the Movenpick Ice Cream shop. This place is the best especially in the afternoons.

Its OK to visit but nothing really special happens. People just come and go. Go only if the weather is great because during the winter, it can get rather cold and ugly here. The best thing about this place would have to be either the Fish and Chips store or the Ice Cream stores.

Fancy exclusive area along the beach. Lots of expensive seafood restaurants and expensive houses. Nice to spend the afternoon on Sundays and sitting in front outside the restaurants and watching the people passing by.
