It is a stunning looking headland with some amazing hiking opportunities. It has superb coastal scenery. The beaches are beautiful and the area is peaceful. It has some of the most picturesque scenery in New Zealand.

Getting there:
Take a bus from Auckland. It will take two hours. You will arrive in Whangarei and then you could take a taxi to Whangarei Heads. It is possible to hire a car to get there.

It is one of my favorite places in New Zealand because of the beautiful coastal scenery and the peaceful surroundings.
