I believe this is San Ramon waterfall, if my memory serves me right. That is the waterfall I hiked to on Ometepe Island at least. It is a challenging, mostly vertical hike, but not as tough as climbing to the top of the volcano! The reward of cooling down under the waterfall when you get there is well worth the trouble.
