It's a small island off the coast of Los Santos province in Panama. Foreigners must pay US$ 10 upon arrival on the island and all boats docking there pay US$ 15. I'm glad I've been to the island but I think the US$10 is way too much for just a tiny island with a nice, white sandy beach and a small forest with some iguana's. So I'll never be back there.
