get to it from panama city via 4WD, the hostels listed in lonely planet in the casco viejo district have morning pickups... or catch a ship and sail past the panama canal and get dropped off there

one of the highlights from my latin america trip... beautiful white sand mini islands covered with coconut trees, indigenous people, such an incredible place. get it to from panama city via 4WD, ask your hostel for into.
