Excellent city, full of history (Spanish Invasion, Conquistadores etc) and you can travel to Aguas Calientes by train to go and se Machu Pichu or you can do the Inca Trail usually started down the road at Ollantaytambo. This destination is at altitude so you can get altitude sickness but there is no knowing wether you will get it or not. If you do drink plenty of Coca tea or head to the pharmacy for some Siroji pills.

Unique Full service hotel in an restored monastery! Religious artifacts and art are abundant. Gregorian Chant music gives the place such a peaceful atmosphere, plus the gardens are kept authentic!
