Moray is a fabulous example of the genius of Incan agriculture. This ancient farming area includes very large circular agricultural terraces, in which different crops were grown depending on the altitude, soil type, and moisture content. It was all pretty amazing. My youngest son found it very interesting, (as did I) and we enjoyed spending the day exploring the ruins and beautiful countryside. Good Journeys!
