Built in 1690, this is a shrine to the second oldest church in the Philippines dedicated to Our Lady of the Abandoned (Nstra. Sra. delos Desamparados). The church has underwent many renovations these past few years and the grandeur of its old glory is quite apparent. The church also houses the caonically-crowned image of Our Lady of the Abandoned and is considered to be one of the most beautifully carved images in he Philippines.
