HEHE. Not positive...but any taxi, tricycle, or multicab can take you...there is a district called the shrine district.

Mactan Shrine is a monument in dedication to the warrior named Lapu-Lapu. He killed Ferdinan Magellin when Spain first tried to conquer the Philippines.
