gdansk is an old town built by dutch in between 14 and 16 century therfore its got a look of and dutch cities like rotterdam or amsterdam... its a great place for sightseeing, especially if you`re interested in history. situated at the baltic sea side, during the summer perfect for holiday as there are loads of beautiful beaches. nearby sopot offers great night clubs and pubs (only about 20 minutes away from gdansk) and gdynia will keep you shopping for hours- all three cities- known as Tri-City, are just perfect to visit for all travellers.

Very cool place. Old buildings but also stores, souvenirs, local specialities and many restaurants. Gdansk is one of the best cities to visit in Poland.
