Castle Chojnik (Kynast German, Polish. 1945 - 1948 Chojnasty), located near the fortress-Sobieszow, Jelenia Gora, Chojnik at the top of the mountain in the Karkonosze Mountains. This mountain rises 627 meters above sea level, and from its south-eastern part there is a 150 meter cliff falling down to the so-called. Valley of death. Stronghold is in a nature reserve, which is the enclave of the Giant Mountains National Park.

This is really GREAT place! You can see a part of history. Nice view and quite good place for picures. The best thing is that You can go there just from Castle Party - (the best Polisch Gothic Festival)
