It's by far the best view of the city we get perspectives of either west side and east side hills plus a fantastic dreamlike view of the castle. I personally like to go there as a personal/internal and laïc pilgrimYOU must climb the steepest stairwell in Lisbon starting on Rua Rosa Damasceno street.

One of the lesser known miradouros. Small chapel in the back and view benches to enjoy the view. Not a lot of people come here and that is part of the charm. We had to walk up a pretty steep hill though to get there. Don't know if there is public transport to get you there.
