Getting there:
From central Lisbon take a train from Rossio to Sintra. Its about a 45minute train ride. Sintra is the last stop. From the train station follow the signs to all the different attractions. The signs will take yo there no need for a map. Enjoy!

Loved exploring the extensive grounds. It was like a playground for adults as well as kids. There were turrets and secret underground passageways. We are mid-level adventurous people, and this place was a lot of fun to relax and explore. Also the outdoor cafe was also a hit with their fabulous dishes.
