One of the first naval hospital ships this boat is now used to house an exhibtion of its history and the history of cod-fishing of the coast of Newfoundland. It was named after the first man to navigate past the dreaded Cape Bojador and return.

It also houses a youth hostel. People staying there can visit the ship for free the other ones have to pay

Interesting place to visit. Some of the medical equipment is still there. Good displays which gives you a good perspective on things. It must have been hell being a fisherman back then.
