Built in the 13th century on Roman foundations, there is not that much left except for the impressive Torre de Menagem. Castle is free, to enter the tower you have to pay.

I wouldn't call this a must but it is nice. Very nice view from the top of the tower. Inside the tower there are a lot of nice inscriptions as well.
