A remote island only a few miles off the shore of Puerto Rico and part of that island.  Sparsely populated. Take a ferry from Fajardo  about 45 min. then catch a taxi at the pier to the beach/park.  They will make arrangements to pick you up at a specific time.  Pub;lic restrooms available but bare minimum.  Quite a hike but you can walk around the shoreline to a local restaurant!
