It's a place where you can have lots of fun and where you can see the difference between really poor and really reach people. To see Armani's or Gucci's latest design it's something normal. Don't get to excited when at night the streets are filled with Porsche, Lamborghini, Maserati, Ferrari etc. The teens like to party a lot, you can always find a pub/bar, but it's not necessary to find place in them.

Not a lot there, but you can go on the Dracula tour nearby. Interesting delapitated homes left over from Communist rule. A great restaurant in town that was converted from a Church. Great meal, beers, and entertainment of dancers.

Enough to do for about a day and a half, including a night around the city. One can spend more time if in search of particulars, but for the average eager tourist this is it.
