Located in a beautiful building dating the beginning of the 20th century, a former bank, this wonderful Cucuteni collection (a civilisation inhabiting the carpato-danubian space, known for its unique pottery) consists of some of the most valuable items in Romania, presented according to periods of evolution and well-organised in a modern exhibiting space.The bank's safe room has been preserved to be used as an additional exhibition space, emphasizing the importance of the items. There's also a private collection exposed on the second floor.
