The art museum is located on ulitsa Pobedy across the street from the Military and Regional Museums. It is a very new building, which is very interesting and photogenic both indoors and outdoors. It has two stories and houses icons and classic paintings, though most of it is modern art. There is nothing very famous, but it's a good place to spend a couple hours if you find yourself in Belgorod for a day.
