A special place next to the monastery. Walk between the graves of political leaders, poets, musicians, writers , .... it is a huge place - ask for a map at the entry.

A beautiful church with a historical graveyard with ornate headstones from the Czarist and Soviet eras. Well worth a visit!

This beautiful monastery is located in downtown Moscow, yet off the beaten track. It is definitely worth a visit.

The nunnery somewhat remote from the centre of Moscow; impressive place and still habitated by nuns up to today.
