It's classic! This theater was being built during the Second World War and has a very unique architecture. The dome is what makes it unique, it supports itself without girders or columns and the ratio of its thickness (an average of 8 cm) to its radius is less than that of a chicken egg! This theater is also the biggest in Russia. Bigger than Bolshoi Theater in Moscow.

One of the best balley and opera theatres in Russia. Strong traditions, renewed hall, classical and contemporary choreography by Edwaard Liang, Mikhail Fokin, Marius Petipa, George Balanchine...
