Popenguine is a very small town, without tourists and with many friendly people. There are some small shops where you can find the basic necessities, there's a big baobab-tree and a church.

It's lovely to just walk around in the small town of Popenguine. Look for the big baobab-tree in the middle of town, and take a look at the church where Pope John Paul II has been!
