It's a memorial of the NATO-bombing's of Serbia 1999. If you likes ruined buildings, destroyed in war, it's worth a visit for you. Otherwise it's not more than a ruined building, so don't expect to much. It means a lot for the local population, but not much for foreigners. It's not far from the central railway station of Belgrade, on the Nemanjina street.

The building of the Yoegoslavian Government who where bombed during the Independance war by UN Forces. The building still stands as a memory
