I love the National Museum of Singapore especially the different exhibitions that are always bringing visitors from all around the world. When I last visit the museum, the Musee D'Orsay Paris exhibition was on and it was amazing. Many interesting artworks from Paris were brought in and may I say, it was a wonderful experience.

Used to be the History Museum. Underwent a really pricey facelift some years ago, and now looks amazing. Also the only museum (that I know of) to have galleries devoted to food !
