Kosice is een mooie stad om een dag in door te brengen als je dan toch in Slowakije bent.

The St. Elisabeth Cathedral (Slovak: Dóm svätej Alžbety, Hungarian: Szent Erzsébet-székesegyház, German: Dom der Heiligen Elisbeth) is a Gothic cathedral in Košice. It is Slovakia's biggest church, as well as one of the easternmost Gothic cathedrals in Europe.

Wonderful city. The Old Town has a soul. I recommend getting to the top of the Cathedral tower - great view! And in the evening there is beautiful fountain show with lights and music at the "main square".
