The hill with the ruins is the highest one just over the Main train station. You may ask in the tourist centre, but the tourist route is marked (you just have to find its start ;))

Beautiful city with a gottic castle rebuilt in renaissance palace style right next to the old town centre. Every summer, the Palace festival is held there with music, theatre etc. Hidden in the mountains of Low Tatry with romantic ruins of an old mysterious gottic castle called Pusty (= Godforsaken) just over the hill. There is a thermal spa Kovacova near the city.
