Possibly one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Table View's beachfront has spectacular views of Table Mountain, Cape Town city, and Robben Island. Just across from the beach are a number of restaurants and take away venues, so you can grab some food and watch the sunset over the Atlantic.

The surf is pretty good, but be careful of rip tides - it can get dangerous. Flat, white sanded beaches are good for sun tanning, walking, beach sports, etc.
