Good fun all round and a lot to do. Can keep you busy for the whole day with the right group of ppl. Rides are of a high quality and there is something for everybody. Good shops and a good place to see some of the history about the gold mines hands on aswell. Food is more than enought places to choise from. Have a good day there and then head of to the casino at night.

Nice amusement park with some pretty scary ride. Built in the style of an old mining village.
Lovely little chapel for weddings, we got married there 19 years ago, so have fond memory's.
2 hotels on site one with a large theater and casino for those who like to gamble.

Gold reef city is a theme park.. A few rides.. Eats and treats.. Designed around the history of the gold rush in South African history. Well worth a morning visit. It's save for families.. With rides such as the Annaconda, the mine shaft, And animal petting zoo. Bring cash.. And wear sunscreen..
