Built on top of an existing Arab mosque, La Seu Cathedral is Palma de Mallorca's main attraction.  It is built after the Spanish "levantino" Gothic style and is 121 metres long and, 55 metres wide and 44 metres high.

Participating in a spanish church service and don't understanding a single word gives you a hint, how it was when the whole liturgy was held on Latin. Somehow a weird situation.
Mallorca is always worth a visit. Except playa de palma, if you've been there once, it was enough...

The city is gorgeous, especially the small cafes near the docks and the cathedral. Lots of palm trees, a tipical small town spanish athmosfere on one hand, and a modern seaside city on the other, with futuristic shopping malls and a boulvard like in Malibu. I loved it!

It's one of the most beautiful cathedrals I've ever seen...
If you are there in the morning hours, you can see the sunlight shining through the bis gothic rose, coloured light plays on the ground - it's so wonderful!

Palma Cathedral is spectacular, there is also a great shopping centre in palma which sells perfumes very cheaply and they are the real thing. The Yacht club is also worth a look.

It's a jewel of Gothic arquitecture, with a taste of modern inside there is a chapel decorated by the local modern artist Barcelo. Don't miss the surroundings and the views
